Complaints, termination, and dispute management
The user may send their suggestions or complaints to Vimétrica, at Rua Padre Joaquim Faria, nº 2696 – Fração A, 4500-822 Nogueira da Regedoura, through telephone (+351) 220 816 370, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of dispute, the consumer can appeal to an Entity of Dispute Resolution for Consumers. For further information, see the Consumer’s Portal, at www.consumidor.pt.
Personal data processing
The User authorizes Vimétrica to automatically process undisclosed personal data, largely, for using cookies.
Vimétrica cannot be held responsible for any inconvenient or damages caused to the User when using the Internet, in cases such as: network break-up, outer intrusion, anomalies caused computer viruses, or any other case of force majeure.
